Welcome to Famiverse. Your privacy matters to us — your family’s data should stay private and under your control. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1) Who we are

Famiverse is a family organizer app operated by llapps ltd (Bulgaria). For any privacy questions or requests, contact our team at hello@famiverse.app.

2) What data we collect

Famiverse is built for collaboration within the private spaces you create (“famiverses”). Most information in the app is created and managed by you and shared only with the people you invite.

We do not collect precise location, your contacts, or your device files, unless you choose to upload an avatar or similar media.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your family content with advertisers.

3) How we use your data

Legal bases (GDPR): performance of a contract (providing the app), legitimate interests (app improvement and security), and consent where required (e.g., certain analytics where applicable).

4) How we store and process data

We use trusted cloud and analytics providers (for example, Google Firebase; we may also use Amplitude in the future) to run and improve Famiverse. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual privacy and security obligations. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

We do not sell personal information and we do not share your data with advertising networks.

6) Invitations and access control

You can create or join multiple famiverses. To join, an invite link is generated and becomes invalid after use. A famiverse owner must approve join requests; until approval, applicants cannot see any data. Owners can also remove members at any time.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we begin deletion promptly and aim to remove associated personal data from our active systems within a reasonable period (typically up to 30 days), subject to necessary backups and legal requirements.

We follow current best practices for security and access control and use encrypted connections (HTTPS). No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect your information. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

10) Children’s privacy

Famiverse is designed for families. Parents or guardians manage participation and can invite children to a famiverse. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 without parental involvement. If you believe a child provided information without permission, contact us and we will remove it.

11) International transfers

Our providers may process data in multiple countries. When data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by law.

12) Cookies & anti-abuse

Our website may use essential cookies and an anti-abuse check (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) to protect forms and improve reliability. These are used only to operate the site and prevent spam or abuse.

13) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data; object to or restrict processing; and portability rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@famiverse.app.

GDPR (EU/EEA): you have the rights listed above and can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
CCPA/CPRA (California): we do not sell personal information. California residents may request access or deletion by emailing us.

We may update this policy as we add features or as laws change. We’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we may notify you in the app or by email.
