Terms of Service

Welcome to Famiverse! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Famiverse mobile apps and website. By creating an account or using Famiverse, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1) What is Famiverse

Famiverse is a family organizer that helps you plan, share, and manage life together (calendars, tasks, shopping lists, expenses, and more). You can create or join private spaces called “famiverses” and invite people you trust.

2) Who can use Famiverse

• You must be capable of entering into a binding agreement, or use Famiverse under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for anyone under 13 who uses Famiverse in their family.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

3) Your account

• Sign-in options include Apple, Google, Facebook, or passwordless email link.
• You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe.
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.

4) Your content & permissions

You own the content you add to Famiverse (events, tasks, lists, expenses, notes, avatars, and similar items). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service (including showing it to members of the famiverses you join or create). This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

5) Famiverse spaces & invitations

• Famiverse owners can invite members, approve join requests, and remove members.
• Invite links are one-time use and become invalid after they’re used.
• Until a request is approved, applicants cannot see any famiverse content.

6) Acceptable use

To keep Famiverse safe and reliable, you agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to access others’ data without permission or interfere with the service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent security or rate limits.
• Use Famiverse to send spam or to run illegal activities.

7) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using Famiverse, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

8) Third-party services

Famiverse relies on third-party services to operate and provide certain features (for example: authentication providers and cloud infrastructure). When you choose to use a third-party integration (such as “Sign in with Apple/Google/Facebook”), your use of that integration is also governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their operations.

9) Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, within the app or by email). Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms means you agree to the updated Terms.

10) Fees

Some features of the Service may require payment (such as subscriptions or one-time purchases). If a paid feature is offered, the applicable price, billing terms, renewal terms (if any), and cancellation options will be presented to you at the time of purchase.

11) Service availability

We aim for a reliable service, but Famiverse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or limit the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

12) Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Famiverse and llapps ltd disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither llapps ltd nor its affiliates, directors, employees, or partners will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless llapps ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of Famiverse, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Intellectual property

Famiverse, including its name, logos, visual design, and code, is owned by llapps ltd or licensed to us. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the service as described here.

16) Termination

You may stop using Famiverse at any time and can delete your account in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if required by law.

17) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts in Varna, Bulgaria will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Famiverse.

18) Apple/Google platform terms

If you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to the applicable platform terms. To the extent these Terms conflict with mandatory platform terms, the platform terms will control. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms solely as related to your use of the app obtained through their platforms.
